The Inspector General of the Nigerian Police Force ( IGP) , Ibrahim Idris, has reacted to the viral disgraceful video , where he' s seen struggling to read a speech supposedly written himself at an event in Kano state. The IGP, Idris Ibrahim in response to a question asked during the # AskThePolice session on social media yesterday , disclaimed the authenticity of the circulating video , as he said it was indeed perfectly doctored , then Nigerians who are not dull at throwing jibes responded in quick succession .
